The Soccer Programs Executive is responsible for selling appropriate ticket packages to the Soccer Community in the Greater Los Angeles Area. The Soccer Programs Executive concentrates on building relationships with Youth Soccer Leagues, Teams and the Community.  The eventual goal is to sell a package that fits their needs and can include, but not limited to: Season Tickets and Group Packages, Fundraising Programs, Player Appearances, Coaches Clinics and Scouting Combines.

Specific Duties:
Write press releases and media advisories to distribute to the media.
Write stories for sjearthquakes.com and doing Q &amp; A?s with Earthquakes players and coaches for use on the website.
Help manage Multimedia Archive.
Update Earthquakes media lists.
Contribute to the weekly update that goes out to the media every Monday with news and notes about the team.
Compile weekly clipping package of Quakes articles to send to the MLS office.
Archive all Quakes clips in binders.
Manage Tremors ? the Earthquakes weekly e-newsletter.
Help manage the Earthquakes digital photo archive.
Cover Earthquakes community events to take photos and write stories about events for sjearthquakes.com.
Will work with local community papers to raise awareness about Quakes community events.  In this role, will need to speak with editors of local newspapers and magazines to get information out about Quakes events.
Work game days at media will call and complete other game day tasks as needed.

Implement facility rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
