Technical Services: Computer Information Systems
Database Developer - Seattle Sounders (Seattle, WA)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Primary SQL Developer and DBA developing, testing and maintaining SQL Server, T-SQL, SSIS to support high performance, mission critical database systems
• Monitoring and management of all database systems, including continuous performance tuning, and development of backup and recovery solutions
• Work closely with business users, software developers and QAs to deliver high quality and high performance products on time
• Work closely with internal users, vendors and partners to address database related development and issues
• Support and development of reporting from ticketing and CRM databases
• Integration of data feeds from various third party vendors
• Communicate complex technical information in a concise and articulate manner

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college/university or five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be proficient with systems and platforms

Eligibility Requirements:

• B.S or M.S. in computer science from a leading computer science program.
• 5+ years' experience in designing and maintaining SQL Server databases
• Expert in understanding of SQL Database design.
• In-depth knowledge of SQL Server 2008+, T-SQL, SSIS, SSRS and data modeling.
• Knowledge and experience with NoSQL is a plus.
• Previous experience with MS Dynamics CRM a plus.
• Strong communication and team skills.
• Must be able to handle multiple projects concurrently and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Understanding of Windows Server operating systems
• Be available to respond to company critical IT issues 24 x 7 x 365
• Must pass criminal background check

Graphic Design Manager - Seattle Sounders (Seattle, WA)

SUMMARY
Drives the visual identity of the Seattle Sounders FC through the design of a wide variety of marketing and team materials. Works as a member of the marketing team to guide and shape the team brands. Provides creative direction to internal departments, advertising agencies and partners. Maintains brand consistency by acting as a resource for all customer touch points including: broadcast, in-stadium, and retail. Creates and distributes team style guides to define yearly brand guidelines and direction.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Design marketing materials including but not limited to: flyers, advertisements, business materials, websites, emails, logos, posters, stadium signage, large-scale graphics, PowerPoint presentations, online advertisements, tickets, maps, retail graphics, and promo items.
• Work with the marketing team to define the team brands.
• Act as project manager for large marketing initiatives including season tickets and renewal campaigns.
• Manage print vendor relationships.
• Manage projects from initial creative brief to finished output.
• Provide art direction for photographers, agencies, and vendors.
• creating corporate partnership proposals

Player Operations: Coach
Youth Soccer Camp Coach - Seattle Sounders FC (Seattle, WA)

SUMMARY:
Sounders FC Youth Camp coaches will provide coaching instruction to kids ages 4 – 18 who have registered to participate in Sounders FC Summer Camps.
Coaches will be required to follow and teach the specific curriculum as it pertains to each individual topic of the day. Coaches will be responsible for being educated on the Sounders FC Summer Camp coaching curriculum and have an ability to teach the curriculum to children in every age group.
Youth Camp coaches are also responsible for the safety of the children at soccer camp. Each camp coach will be provided with a Sounders FC Coaching Handbook and is required to be up to date and familiar with all rules, regulations, and policies regarding child safety.
Coaches are to assist the site director of each camp location in the day to day operations of each camp site, that includes and is not limited to, setting up camp drills, sorting equipment, checking kids into camp, distributing awards, and handing out supplies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Teaching the Curriculum
• Study and learn Sounders FC 2014 Summer Camp Curriculum
• Effectively carry out the lesson plans and teach the kids accordingly based on their age level
Safety
• Manage the kids at camp to keep them safe
• Keep an eye out for any dangerous opportunities at camp site
• Keep the children under control and behaving in a manner to avoid injury
Operations
• Assist site director in setting up camp and closing camp each day
• Help sign children in and out of soccer camp
• Organize equipment each day
• Hand out prizes and awards
• Keep kids under control while site director is addressing the group
Customer Relationships
• Be cordial and respectful when dealing with parents at camp
• Direct any and all complaints to the site director in a calm and respectful manner
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Premier level soccer playing experience required at high school level
• College playing experience preferred but not required
• Experience in childcare preferred but not required
• Coaching Licenses preferred but not required
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must have strong leadership skills and ability to communicate effectively and clearly with children
• Must be very punctual
• Must have in-depth knowledge of the soccer so they can effectively teach it to beginners
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
• Must be able to effectively demonstrate soccer specific technical abilities
• Will be required to set up promotional material at youth camp locations
• Must be able to move and transport soccer various types of soccer equipment
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
• 98% of the work will be done in an outdoor environment
• Must be able to work a minimum of 15 hours a week
• Must be available to work a minimum of 6 weeks between June 16 and September 1
• Must be able to provide your own transportation to camp locations
