Reports To:            Service Manager, Corporate Partnerships


Work with Corporate Partnership Sales Directors in the contract implementation and sales support for the Corporate Partnership department.

Account Manager will act as the lead in all Partnership service execution duties, to include: frequent contact with Sounders FC Corporate Partners to develop/implement strategic activation concepts, fulfill contracted elements, and deliver first class service and present year-end wrap ups. Additionally, will work in conjunction with Sales Directors in the sales process. This includes:  Securing renewals of current partners, preparing/revising partnership presentations, collaborating on proposal concepts, securing research as needed, input and update sponsorship elements in inventory spreadsheets, etc. Work as part of a team establishing a strong relationship between the organization and assigned corporate partners throughout the calendar year.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

 Service Team

·        Proactively participate in service team operations (weekly meetings, assisting colleagues with events, promotions, and hospitality, shared responsibilities on match days, etc.)

 Partnership Client Fulfillment

·       Act as a lead contact for all service fulfillment elements with assigned Corporate Partners

·       Plan and coordinate activation strategies and calendars for larger accounts.

·       Fulfillment logistics responsibilities include the following core responsibilities:

- Match Day Execution (on-site set-up, videoboard, in-game promotions, giveaways, presentations and hospitality)

- Coordinating media elements (television, radio, web and social)

- Events/promotion execution (retail marketing initiatives and non-game day/community events & appearances)

- Partner signage

- Print inventory

- Coordinating tickets, merchandising and hospitality elements

·       Enter and maintain all Sponsor elements in inventory spreadsheets

·       Create and present end of season wrap-ups for all assigned partners

·       Proactively develop new ways to establish strong relationships with assigned corporate partner accounts. Anticipate the needs of partners and communicate accordingly.

 Partnership Sales Presentation Support 

·        Collaborate as needed with Sales Directors regarding sales inventory and concepts relevant to presentations

·        Operate PowerPoint presentations during assigned presentations

·        Assist with obtaining research or supporting information when applicable

S2 Match Day Ticket Seller - Seattle Sounders FC (Tukwila, WA)


The Seattle Sounders FC 2 is looking for match day ticket sellers to handle day-of-game ticket sales and services for the 2015 season. Match day ticket sellers are an integral part of all S2 home matches. This individual will be responsible for selling individual S2 tickets and handling ticket service inquiries at Starfire Stadium.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

·        Sell tickets for all S2 home games for the 2015 season at Starfire Stadium in Tukwila, WA.

·        Process walk-up ticket sales and Will Call requests in a friendly, professional manner.

·        Be an energetic S2 ambassador, knowledgeable of ticket prices, game schedules, ticket package offerings, ticket policies and procedures.

·        Work extended and/or irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays, as required.


·        Knowledge of, and passion for, Seattle Sounders FC.

·        Knowledge of soccer and Starfire Stadium venue.

·        Able to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

·        Proficient in Ticketmaster Host and Archtics ticketing platform.

·        Must be professional and exhibit excellent judgment.

·        Must have strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Proficient in cash handling: Capable of balancing all cash and check transactions to submit to Assistant Manager of Ticket Operations at the conclusion of each match.

·        Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle large crowds in a friendly, professional manner.

·        Demonstrate exceptional skills in customer relations, communications and problem solving.

·        Candidates must be local to the Seattle area and have a reliable form of transportation.  Must be able to work all S2 Match Days.


·        High School diploma or GED and one to three months related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Youth Soccer Camp Coach - Seattle Sounders FC (Seattle, WA)

JOB TITLE: Youth Soccer Camp Coach

DEPARTMENT: Youth Programs

REPORTS TO: Director of Soccer Programs

PREPARED DATE: January 2015

SUMMARY:  Sounders FC Youth Camp coaches will provide coaching instruction to kids ages 4 – 18 who have registered to participate in Sounders FC Summer Camps.

Coaches will be required to follow and teach the specific curriculum as it pertains to each individual topic of the day. Coaches will be responsible for being educated on the Sounders FC Summer Camp coaching curriculum and have an ability to teach the curriculum to children in every age group.  Coaching education will be provided at the mandatory and paid orientation day.

Youth Camp coaches are also responsible for the safety of the children at soccer camp. Each camp coach will be provided with a Sounders FC Coaching Handbook and is required to be up to date and familiar with all rules, regulations, and policies regarding child safety.

Coaches are to assist the site director of each camp location in the day-to-day operation of each camp site. This includes, but is not limited to, setting up camp drills, sorting equipment, checking kids into camp, distributing awards, and handing out supplies.


Teaching the Curriculum
• Study and learn Sounders FC 2015 Summer Camp Curriculum
• Effectively carry out the lesson plans and teach the kids according to their age and skill

• Manage the kids at camp to keep them safe
• Keep an eye out for any dangerous opportunities at camp site
• Keep the children under control and behaving in a manner to avoid injury

• Demonstrate ethical and professional behavior in working with campers, campers’ families, fellow team members, leadership, and facility partners.

• Adhere to state laws and Sounders FC policies and procedures

• Assist site director in setting up camp and closing camp each day
• Help sign children in and out of soccer camp
• Organize equipment each day
• Hand out prizes and awards
• Keep kids under control while site director is addressing the group

Customer Relationships
• Must be able to relate and interact with kids, parents, other coaches, and those in leadership with a professional, appropriate and considerate manner. 
• Direct any and all complaints to the site director in a calm and respectful manner

• Premier level soccer playing experience required
• College playing experience preferred but not required
• Experience in childcare preferred but not required
• Minimum “E” Coaching License or equivalent preferred but not required

• Must be at least 16 years old as of May 31, 2015

• Must have strong leadership skills and ability to communicate effectively and clearly with children
• Must be very punctual
• Must have in-depth knowledge of the soccer so they can effectively teach it to beginners

• Must be able to maintain a positive attitude in every circumstance

• Must be able to effectively demonstrate soccer specific technical abilities
• Will be required to set up promotional material at youth camp locations
• Must be able to move and transport soccer various types of soccer equipment

• CPR/First Aid certification strongly preferred

• 95% of the work will be done in an outdoor environment
• Must be able to work a minimum of 18 hours a week
• Must be available to work a minimum of 6 weeks between June 16 and September 1
• Must be able to provide your own transportation to local camp locations
