POSITION SUMMARY:

This position requires a dynamic, professional, energetic, creative sales professional with a successful selling track record (preferred) in collegiate, minor league and/or professional sports. This position represents one of the key functions within the framework of the Red Bulls franchise structure, responsible for helping the franchise meet its financial goals while delivering the highest levels of customer service.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (Required to perform the job)

       The Account Executive, Season Ticket Sales (AE) is required to create and manage effective revenue yielding relationships with various organizations and people within the private and public sectors. 

       Responsible for selling new season ticket and mini plan packages, groups and/or corporate ticket packages based on the AE’s individual focus as a member of the sales team.

       Sales presentations will be made by telephone, email and/or face to face meetings.

       Sales will be driven through pro-active prospecting activities including, but not limited to, outbound telephone calls, emails, sales-related events and meetings, and other on-line/internet tools. 

       Develop and maintain relationships with each reassigned and new account to upgrade/renew and collect referrals, attend youth soccer club/league meetings, chamber of commerce meetings and networking events, and other events approved by the Director.

       The candidate will be required to achieve personal and departmental sales quotas on a daily/weekly/monthly level.


SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY:

       Candidate should possess an above average knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point.

        A working knowledge of Archtics and Microsoft Dynamics CRM is preferred.

       Candidate must possess strong interpersonal, communication and superior time-management skills, be detail-orientated and have the ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment,

       Able to handle multiple business relationships in a professional manner.

EDUCATION:

       . Bachelor Degree is required for all applicants, and prior sales experience is preferred

 

EXPERIENCE:

       Candidate should have minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales call center or in a customer service based employment, preferably within the professional sports sales industry.

       Minimum of 2 years’ experience selling professional sports tickets via telemarketing and face to face meetings.

POSITION PURPOSE:

As a member of the Game Day Fan Services staff, you will be the first point of contact with the public in their Red Bull Arena experience. This is a part-time position working regular game day hours and event days at Red Bull Arena.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Provide a high level of customer service.
Good organizational skills.
Problem-solve by effectively communicating with guests.
Accurately operate the Archtics computer ticketing system to handle ticketing issues

SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY:

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Head Athletic Trainer will manage the day-to-day sports medicine operations for the youth academy soccer teams.  In this capacity, the trainer will provide injury prevention strategies, evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation for players’ medical problems.  The performance of duties will be under the direction and supervision of the Academy Director and Head Trainer of the First Team.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (Required to perform the job)

       The Athletic Trainer will work closely with the Academy Director on a daily basis. 

       A year-round employee, the Athletic Trainer will attend all training, scrimmages, and home and away games.

       Attend monthly and weekly staff meetings.

       Performs as Certified Athletic Trainer in managing the health care of players.  Health care included, but is not limited to, first aid/emergency care, on-site injury evaluation, and application of appropriate modalities, developing rehabilitation and prevention programs, as well as conducting rehabilitation and making medical referrals.

       Comply with OSHA standards with regard to blood borne pathogens.

       Order, maintain, and inventory supplies and clinical equipment.

       Keep training room and clinic area safe, clean and organized.

       Maintain player medical records

       Assist Fitness department during training sessions

       Initiate insurance claims for players.

       Compile reports as required by US Development Academy and MLS.

       Provide medical information to the Team Physician.

       Supervise assistant trainers, interns and volunteers as applicable.

       Demonstrate interpersonal skills required to work effectively with players, coaches and other team personnel.

       Counsel players in regard to dietary needs, nutritional supplements, and League and FIFA banned substances.

       Perform other duties as assigned or required.

       On a limited basis, participate in community service/educational programs related to sports medicine.

SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY:

POSITION SUMMARY:

       Compile reports as required by Workers Comp

       Keep training room and clinic area safe, clean and organized

       Comply with all USL medical policies, protocols and Game Operations Manual

       Assist Fitness department during training sessions

       Pack Training Room supplies for Travel

SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY:
