Box Office Ticket Clerk - FC Dallas and Toyota Stadium - FC Dallas, Major League Soccer (Frisco, TX)

FC Dallas Soccer & Toyota Stadium are looking for fun, customer service oriented people to work in our Box Office during our upcoming seasons.  The purpose of each box office ticket clerk is to assist fans at the ticket windows with purchasing of tickets to FC Dallas/Toyota Stadium events. This is a part time position and the schedule is based around the events held at Toyota Stadium.The box office ticket clerks are responsible for providing exceptional customer service to each fan.

Responsibilities:
• Selling day of game tickets to customers using Veritix Box Office program.
• Processing customer ticket orders.
• Accepting payment and make change for ticket purchases.
• Answering customer’s questions concerning location and price of tickets /seats.
• Balancing cash and receipt drawer with manager at the end of shift.
• Providing Will Call tickets to customers after verifying customer identification
• Using knowledge of Toyota Stadium seating and Flashseats program in order to effectively meet the needs of customers.
• Providing exceptional customer service while handling customer transactions. Must be prepared to answer question pertaining to ticket process, stadium policies, stadium layout, and event details.

Qualifications:
• Previous customer service and cash handling experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as department manual or written instructions.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new programs and systems.
• Ability to speak effectively with customers of all backgrounds.
• Must be able to work with minimum amount of supervision under stressful conditions.
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not required.

FC DALLAS YOUTH JUNIORS COORDINATOR - FC Dallas, Major League Soccer (Frisco, TX)

Description

The purpose of the FCDY Select Juniors Coordinator will be to provide administrative support for FC Dallas Youth Select Juniors teams program. The FCDY Select Juniors Coordinator will report directly to the Youth Operations Manager Director of Junior Player Development and will also assist the VP of Youth Soccer.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative and clerical duties; registration paperwork and youth club financial payments
  • Creation of forms and data base management
  • Processing of player fees and dues
  • Maintaining proper records; team rosters, financial, insurance, waivers
  • Answering phone calls and emails from youth coaches, managers, and parents
  • Liaison between youth associations and soccer leagues
  • Overall understanding of local youth soccer market, structure and how our structure applies to it and functions
  • This position will require flexible hours to include some days and evenings. May be required to work on game days to assist with presentations and operations
  • Assist with youth development initiatives as requested including tryouts, uniforms, college programs, camps, or other as directed
  • Keep Director of Junior Player Development  and VP of Youth Soccer properly informed of relevant related information of his or her department
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • College Degree or equivalent experience
  • 1 or more years’ experience in Sports Industry or administration field preferred
  • Strong work ethic and friendly demeanor
  • Bi-lingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

FC Dallas & Toyota Stadium/Soccer Center - Set Up Crew - FC Dallas, Major League Soccer (Frisco, TX)

FC Dallas and Toyota stadium/soccer center are looking for individuals to work on an as needed basis during the 2016 event season.  The Set Up event team will be responsible for the set-up and tear down of all of the equipment requests and stadium set up  for events held at Toyota Stadium and Soccer Center, to include tables, chairs, tents, staging equipment, barricades, field equipment and other related elements.

Duties:

  • Perform all tasks involved in the production of FC Dallas and Toyota Stadium events. This includes lifting, carrying, set-up and tear down of entire event.
  • Practice safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible.

Requirements:

  • Work varying shifts, to include nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Work outdoors in varying weather conditions to include extreme heat or cold.
  • Perform heavy manual labor
  • Effectively handle lifting of various objects weighing in excess of 80 lbs with assistance from other members of the team.
  • Operate various types of tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, other agencies and the public.
  • Follow written and verbal instructions

GRAPHIC DESIGNER - FC Dallas, Major League Soccer (Frisco, Tx)

Graphic Designer will work within the FC Dallas Marketing Department in the creation of content for FC Dallas and all concerts and events put on by Toyota Stadium, Toyota Soccer Complex, MoneyGram Park and upcoming National Soccer Hall of Fame properties. This designer is responsible for supporting and helping shape the development of concepts, designs and production of a variety of advertising projects (both traditional and non-traditional media) as well as FC Dallas brand development and production. This designer work closely with and also be responsible for producing graphics for other internal FC Dallas departments, including Partnership Marketing, Business Development, Ticket Sales, Technical/Pro Team, National Soccer Hall of Fame Sales, and FCD Youth/Academy System.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and produce creative across multiple media and messaging platforms— i.e.. print, online, broadcast, social media, outdoor, logos, client presentations and more.
  • Understand brand and the importance of brand standards, and be able to apply such standards to all formats when necessary.
  • Superior presentation skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external decision makers and influencers.
  • Ability to traffic work throughout organization and manage projects
  • Ability to work/communicate with outside vendors on all collateral production 
  • Support other graphic design projects as requested.

The Membership Services Representative will be responsible for renewing season ticket member accounts on an annual basis while providing the highest level of customer service to all season ticket holders of FC Dallas. Primary responsibilities are to cultivate strong relationships through outbound phone calls, out of office appointments and in-game meetings. This individual must demonstrate a high level of energy and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, particularly verbal, as well as strong organizational skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the management and annual renewal of all FC Dallas Season Ticket Members.
  • Plan and execute all service tactics and call campaigns to build relationships and strengthen retention efforts.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure repeat business.
  • Fulfill season ticket member requests and questions via email, phone and face-to-face meetings in a timely manner.
  • Develop beneficial relationships with existing season ticket members to maximize cross selling and referral opportunities.
  • Maintain a detailed database of client information and touch points for all season ticket members.
  • Work all FC Dallas Home Games as well as other out of office events.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of various season ticket member events.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business or related field

Toyota Stadium is looking for qualified individuals to join our Security Event Staff.  The security event staff are responsible for ensuring a safe and fun atmosphere during all events at Toyota Stadium and Soccer Center. This opportunity is to work on an as needed basis during events held at the stadium.  This is a great way to supplement your income while working around fun and exciting events such as Major League Soccer games, International soccer games, concerts and other events.

*Please note that this role pays an hourly rate of $10.00, non-negotiable.*

Job Duties include:

  • Bag checking at each gate leading into stadium to ensure no prohibited items enter the stadium.
  • Provide concourse security on inside perimeter of stadium by monitoring and patrolling activity.
  • Provide outside perimeter security.
  • Checking credentials and tickets to ensure that only authorized personnel enter into specific areas of the stadium and complex.
  • Provide field security for players and officials by monitoring activity on and around stadium field(s).
  • Provide security in the locker rooms
  • As a team, provide all access control in  and around Toyota Stadium and soccer center.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to resolve complicated customer service issues with fans.

Job Duties

  • Assist in keeping Toyota Stadium and Soccer Complex tidy, organized and safe.
  • Maintaining Toyota Stadium and Soccer Complex staging area by working neatly and organized
  • Assist with site set up of plant materials.
  • Assist with keeping Toyota Stadium and Soccer Complex landscape maintained by mowing, edging, blowing, etc.
  • Assist with the set up and tear down of Terra floor for concerts and other events.
