Account Executive, Group Programs & Events:

The Group Sales Account Executive is responsible for prospecting, setting face-to-face meetings and selling appropriate ticket packages to group leaders in the Greater Los Angeles Area. The Group Sales Account Executive concentrates on building relationships with various group leaders such as Boy/Girl Scouts, Schools, Non-Profits, Military, etc. The eventual goal is to sell a package that fits their needs and can include, but not limited to: Season Tickets and Group Packages, Events, etc.

Essential Position Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Selling group tickets, season ticket and partial plans via phone, prospecting, personal appointments, and at games.
  • Create and develop new business by regularly pitching new prospects through external appointments, phone prospecting and in-stadium tours
  • Game day responsibilities include assisting with sales initiatives, and/or prospecting clients at the stadium
  • Attend outside events with the purpose of selling ticket packages in conjunction with the marketing department
  • Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities and closed sales
  • Strength in time management, administrative ability, organization, and customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the public in a professional manner
  • High energy; ability to remain focused on sales goals and work independently
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Proficient with Computer Skills: Database Applications, Excel, Outlook and Word software

Account Executive, Inside Sales:

The Account Executive, Inside Sales is responsible for selling appropriate ticket packages to outbound lists and incoming callers. The Account Executive, Inside Sales concentrates on making 80+ outbound calls per day to various previous individual buyers, season ticket holders and name generation events. The eventual goal is to sell a package that fits their needs and can include, but not limited to: Season Tickets and Group Packages.  Also, the Account Executive will be responsible for upgrading incoming calls for individual buyers.

Contract Negotiation:

Reality check! Your role will be part-time in our front office, not on the field. We’re looking for team members dedicated to working prime selling hours during weekday evenings, some weekends and game-days. Likely you’ll log 12-35 hours per week and we pay an hourly rate plus commission – so, with success, you’ll earn some decent cash and marketable hands-on experience.
