Columbus Crew SC is offering Creative Services Design Internships to assist the club’s Creative Services Department. Crew SC’s Creative Services Department is an in-house full service design group responsible for all of the Team’s marketing and brand collateral.

Internships are available for students actively pursuing education and academic credit may be available. The internship requires participation in most Crew SC home matches and Crew Stadium events as well as approximately 20 hours per week in the office.

Digital & Social Media Interns will collaborate closely with the Digital Content Coordinator and Senior Brand Director.

Description

Crew Stadium is currently seeking seasonal part time Event Day Ticket Sellers for the upcoming 2015 season. Ticket Sellers are primarily responsible for processing single ticket sales, distributing Will Call tickets, and assisting customers at Guest Services at Crew Stadium. Ticket Sellers are often the first representatives to greet fans and must possess superior customer service skills in order to provide a first class impression to customers. Ideal applicants must have strong communication skills in order to provide accurate information to guests in regards to Stadium events, promotions, pricing and policies.

Event Day Ticket Sellers’ hours will vary depending on Crew Stadium event schedule. Ticket Sellers are expected to work at least 75% of Crew SC home matches and Crew Stadium events.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

·         Process advance and day-of ticket sales for all matches and events at Crew Stadium

·         Assist customers using the Ticketmaster operating system (both Classic and Archtics)

·         Become knowledgeable in pricing, discounts, promotions, Stadium policies and procedures

·         Sort, file and print customer will call

·         Assist in match-day event setup and breakdown

·         Process multiple forms of payments, including cash and assist with balancing at the end of each event

·         Assist in resolving patron conflicts and complaints

·         Other duties as assigned

Required skills, experience & abilities

·         Must be a minimum of 18 years of age and possess high school diploma or equivalent

·         Electronic ticketing experience, particularly in the Ticketmaster operating system preferred

·         Prior experience in customer service or retail environment a plus

·         Able to work independently and take initiative

·         Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse population, including strong verbal communication skills.

·         Fluently bilingual in English and Spanish a plus

·         Ability to work at least 75% of events at Crew Stadium including evenings, weekends and holidays

·         Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
